Ian Bain has served on the City Council for the last four years. He serves on the Emergency Services Council and the Council's Traffic Committee. Prior to serving on the Council, he served as chair of Redwood City's Housing and Human Concerns Committee, as well as several non-profit boards. He has served on the Chamber of Commerce Education Committee and is a graduate of the Leadership Redwood City program, class of 1995. His career is working in media relations for technology companies. He has two children, Zachary and Veronica.
