For the last four years, I've worked hard to help the average citizen - those who just needed a streetlight installed, a tree trimmed, or a sidewalk repaired.

I've helped guide our city through challenging financial times, worked with our neighborhoods to reduce speeding on residential streets, outlined a vision for improving our most run-down areas and helped establish a task force to ensure that Redwood City's trees are properly maintained and cared for.

In my next term, I'll focus on disaster preparedness plans for each of Redwood City's neighborhoods. I'll work to reduce the City's energy use and carbon emissions, preserve open space, and encourage housing downtown to reduce traffic and support local businesses.
